Is it really free?
Yes. You give your email, you get the file. There's no trial and no card. You'll also get a few short emails over the next week with follow-up tips, and one of them mentions the paid version. You can unsubscribe from any of them.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. It's an Excel file, and you can upload it to Google Drive and open it in Google Sheets. The formulas and dropdowns carry over.
Do I need to make an account?
No. It's a file that lives on your computer or in your own Drive. Nothing is uploaded to us.
What counts as "ghosted"?
By default, 14 days with no contact on an application that's still open. You can change that number on the Summary tab. There's also a shorter "follow up" threshold, 7 days by default.
